TOS
Terms of ServiceBY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND RIGHTS LISTED BELOW
My RightsI have the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reasonI have the right to deny a refund after the sketch if a refund is requestedI have the right to creative freedom unless discussed otherwiseI have the right to use the money paid before the commission is completedI have the right to refuse completion of a commission without a refund if my rights or TOS are violatedI have the right to refund a commission without notice or explanationI can take as long as I need to in order to complete a commission (this does not apply if we have discussed a time frame. You are also welcome to request an update at any time.)
General TOS and InfoDo not edit the completed commission unless I've given you permissionDo not erase my creditDo not pass the completed piece off as your ownIf you absolutely need the commission completed within a time not previously discussed, it can be done but with a rush fee of $10-$50 depending on the timeUnfortunately due to my ADHD (high functioning) I may have difficulties completing the commission so I ask for patience from my commissioners and any rushing or disrespectful treatment to me can result in a refund or no refund and a block depending on how far I am into your commissionIf I am finding it hard to work with you (you keep being rude, spam messaging, changing your commission idea, being aggressive, etc.) I will refund you or block you without a refundI only take PaypalIf you see me post personal art on my socials, this doesn't mean I'm not working on your commissionI may use the finished piece in my portfolio or post it online if you are uncomfortable with this, alert meI often get quite sick (I have a weak immune system) so I will alert you if my work slows but don't get upset at me for this as it's something I cannot controlI have my own life and am still a high school student so sometimes school preoccupies me, this won't bar me from work but it does mean you won't always get immediate responses
ClarificationsIn order to reach the point of me blocking you without a refund, you will have driven me to the point of severe distress. I likely won't encounter getting to this point so don't fear, you will most likely get your commission completed.Creative freedom doesn't mean changing up your whole idea! It just means adding to the design, incorporating ideas of my own, changing things, etc. It's mainly little things that don't require consultation. If I ever refund a commission without notice or explanation, it will be for a very extreme reason. E.g I've lost someone close, I've gotten into a serious crisis, I no longer want to talk to you due to your disrespect, and other reasons like that. If I can't complete it because I'm busy for example, I will tell you and refund you if I'm early into the commissioning process.I know MANY people are weary of commissioning young artists and rightfully so. But I have had many positive experiences with other commissioners who I can site for good reviews and when exam season comes, I don't take commissions. I am good at sorting out my work and won't let my issues detriment your commission.Even though I do have high-functioning ADHD, I am medicated. This doesn't mean a cure or that my ADHD is gone while I'm medicated but it does mean the symptoms are lessened. I mention my ADHD here because an unfortunate amount of people make the ableist assumption that since I have ADHD, I am incapable of working within reason. This is not true. I hold myself to the standard of a neurotypical person and I don't expect leniency, only understanding.
